Art Nouveau Lady

I've given up on butterfly girl.  I stitched with a different color, frogged it and started again.  Two hours later I realized I did it again. *sigh*

So now I have started Art Nouveau Lady. I think she's so pretty.   She can be found in The World of Cross Stitch magazine issue 217.

I started her on Saturday:

and this is my progress on her so far:

I'm missing a few of the main colors but my son is taking me to Michaels on Saturday for my birthday on the 15th, so I'll get them then.  He likes to call it "Mikes." I guess it allows him to feel manly when talking about a craft shop!

Happy stitching!

  1. Wow! You've done a lot of stitching in less than a week. She's very pretty. It''ll be interesting watching her come to life as you fill in the missing colours! :)
